Dr. Lorri Mon, who recently joined the College faculty, was referred to as a “…gift to the LIS research and teaching community…” in the August 2006 issue of American Libraries magazine. The results of her doctoral research are discussed in Joseph Janes’ Information Technology article entitled “Internet Librarian” (page 76) and referred to as “myriad, fascinating, and occasionally sobering.”
