Mardis quoted in article on libraries and science education

Dr. Marcia Mardis, an assistant professor in the School of Library and Information Studies, is quoted in the latest issue of NSTA Reports about ways that school libraries can aid science achievement.

NSTA Reports is a publication of the National Science Teachers Association, which has  more than 60,000 members. The organization is influential is setting science education policy.

Dr. Mardis is also associate director of the PALM (Partnerships Advancing Library Media) Center, a joint effort of FSU’s College of Communication & Information, the College of Education and the Learning Systems Institute.
