Two SLIS students selected for iConference 2011 Doctoral Student Colloquium

SLIS doctoral students Junga Lee and Melissa Johnston have been chosen to present research posters in Seattle this coming February at the iConference 2011 Doctoral Student Colloquium. In a highly competitive review process, theirs were two of 20 research proposals selected from a field of 89. A grant from the National Science Foundation provides participants in the colloquium with a travel award up to $1,020.

The iConference takes place February 8–11, 2011, in Seattle; the Doctoral Student Colloquium will be a culminating day-long event on February 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
