Arbogast de Hubert-Miller Wins Garfield Award

Brian Arbogast de Hubert-Miller, a doctoral student at the College of Information, has been awarded the Eugene Garfield Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship from the national Beta Phi Mu Honor Society. The fellowship is the highest honor that a doctoral student in library and information studies can receive.

Brian was formerly a faculty member at the College who served as the Information Architect for the Office of the Deans. The title of his dissertation is IA and PI: Information Architecture and the Nature of Potential Information: Opening a Formal Conversation about Information Architecture Philosophy, Theory, and Research.
