Dr. Eugene Garfield will direct a doctoral seminar on Citation Indexing, Entrepreneurship and Electronic Information Retrieval from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday, April 21 in the Gregory Conference Room (Goldstein Library). All Doctoral students are urged to attend. Dr. Garfield is the sponsor of the Eugene Garfield Doctoral Dissertation Fellowships awarded through Beta Phi Mu.
