The Florida State University School of Library and Information Studies http://slis.fsu.edu would like for you to consider earning a masters’—and joining the professions of the burgeoning information services and technology fields.

 

The School of Library and Information Studies’ (SLIS), FSU College of Communication and Information (CCI) offers:

Master’s in Library and Information Studies (MLIS), requiring 36 credits

•School Media Programs for those seeking certifications as a school library media specialist or advanced training & additional leadership skills

Students may elect to complete their degree, entirely online or in some combination of online and on campus courses. SLIS accepts and encourages all types of undergraduate degrees for our master’s program. Graduates work in libraries, government, business and the private sector.

Visit with faculty members Dr. Christie Koontz and Dr. Linda Swaine on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 on the Florida State University Campus in the Shores Building at 5:00 pm—to learn more about job opportunities and our master’s degree program.
