Dr. Lorri Mon, assistant professor at SLIS, will be presenting “Libraries and social media” online at a Second Life launch day celebration of the Information School of the University of Sheffield, UK, on June 13 at 2:15 p.m. EST.

Mon’s presentation will be part of a full program of events in the virtual world of Second Life celebrating the university’s former “Department of Information” being the first in the UK to become a member of the iSchool caucus.
