WTWC NBC 40 in Tallahassee has an exciting career opportunity for an Accounting Assistant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cash Handling, stamp checks and maintain log of check payments.
• Process expense requests.
• Back up for credit card processing and weekly billing.
• Prepare monthly Sales & Use tax statement.
• Prepare accounting reports.
• Operate Switchboard, answer and direct all station phone calls.
• Greet visitors.
• Assist with additional accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• AA in accounting or 2 years experience preferred.
• Word and Excel knowledge required.
