Administrative Professional, Database Entry and Management

Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A. CPAs is an accounting firm headquartered in Tallahassee with a second location in Tampa.  With THF now reaching almost 100 team members, our firm is positioned for continued significant growth.  THF is hiring an administrative professional to focus on updating and managing our database in order to transition the information into Hub Spot.   This is a temporary position working 20-25 hours per week. It is expected to continue approximately 8-10 weeks.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Working in Excel to clean up existing databases, remove duplicates, and update contacts with current information.
  • Merging Excel databases to ensure singular listings of information to avoid duplicity.
  • Loading the database into a contact management system.
  • Learning the system and app in order to train other team members on the tools.
  • Working with other team members to update information for niche industry teams.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Must be able to work individually and with a team.
  • Must take the initiative to help research names and information, including making phone calls to businesses or individuals for updates.
  • Must be computer proficient (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Experience working in Hub Spot is a plus.
