The intern will accompany full time technicians as they respond to problems in the 250+ technology-enhanced classrooms. They will fix minor problems with the computer and AV equipment in real time and refer more serious problems to the proper group. In addition, they can choose additional projects involving training, data collection, documentation, programming, etc.
