Graduate-Level Marketing Intern

We are looking for someone currently enrolled in a Master’s-level program to implement key components of new marketing plan for a non-profit organization. Specifically the intern will develop and implement systems for evaluating the effectiveness of our organization’s marketing strategies, helping to utilize limited resources effectively for maximum marketing impact and message reach.

Adventures in Preservation (AiP) organizes hands-on projects for volunteers to restore historic sites of value to local communities and sustainable economies. Affordable, accessible, effective and educational, AiP trips offer volunteers a unique learning experience. Positive and persistent marketing will allow us to expand awareness of our mission and our hands-on approach, attract tour participants, and provide information on specific projects to a broader audience.

The initial task will be to develop a system of metrics and benchmarks for each component of our marketing strategy. This internship is ideal for someone needing practical experience for graduate work.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of web analytics, Google ads, Facebook insights
  • Marketing experience, ideally in the tourism sector
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
