Help Desk Specialist

Hello all. Ucompass is looking for a versatile Help Desk Specialist to support their enterprise-level Learning Management System (LMS). The position is located in Tallahassee, FL and is Part-time (with Full-time potential).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Help Desk support for the Educator LMS
  • Use a ticketing system to respond to and manage issues related to the LMS
  • Other duties as required

Required Experience:

  • Proficient with Perl, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Proficient with command line environments (FresBSD/Linux)
  • Proficient in a Help Desk support environment where the primary customers are teachers and k-12 students.
