Entry-Level I.T. Help Desk Assistant will provide technical support related to computer systems, hardware, and software by answering users’ questions, training users on basic system and computer functions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving issues both on and off site in a timely and professional manner. Our Entry-Level I.T. Help Desk Assistant will be an important member of our I.T. team and Epyon team as a whole and has a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow.
Part-time: 20 hrs/week / $20/hour
