FSU’s Information Technology Services (ITS) FSU’s Information Technology Services (ITS) is looking for an IT student interested in helping them implement a unified documentation system.
This job will provide valuable hands-on experience in an enterprise-scale IT organization and will advance the knowledge and skills you have obtained in your coursework. You will be working with ITS staff and will be expected to be able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
• Use technologies such as SNMP to create and maintain a map of the FSU network and devices on it.
Qualifications
• Current Florida State University student • Knowledge of:
• Network protocols
• Linux
• Perl, PHP, or other scripting languages • Technical writing
Scheduling
This is a part-time, unpaid internship.
Hours are flexible to student schedules and can be used for credit.
