NEED: 1 supervisor (20 hrs per week @ $13.50/hr)
NEED: 4-5 Interns (20 hrs per week @$11.00/hr)

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide end user phone support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems as appropriate
- Understand trouble shooting methods for Microsoft office applications and functions.
- PeopleSoft (HRMS/FMS) password change (will train students).
- Network password change (will train students).
- Communicate and document problems clearly and concisely in DiagWin (BOSS) –Trouble Tickets.
- This is our trouble reporting system ( will train students)
- Find and map network drives and printers.
- Place service calls to BLM Technologies, our PC/Printer repair vendor (will train students)
- Update in DiagWin the status of the Network.
- Update VALP Oracle Database account – all changes affecting ISS (deactivate accounts, moved employees from one department to another) – (will train students).
Required Skill Set
Good understanding and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Good working knowledge and understanding of PC’s (how to map drives, etc.). Our environment consists of HP and Dell.
