The Department of Athletics is currently seeking a part-time IT Support Technician (OPS). This position will be responsible for providing first tier technical support to coaches and staff. Qualifications
High School diploma. Student majoring in Computer Science or IT related field. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred
Experience working in a help desk environment supporting both PCs and Macs.

Schedule
20 hours per week. Flexible scheule between 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities
This position will help provide computer support to the end users at the Department of Athletics. This will involve diagnosing hardware and software problems remotely and in person. It will also involve setting up new computers and retiring old computers.
