Application Deadline: July 23, 2017
Description
The Florida Osteopathic Medical Association is looking for a paid PR/Communications Intern to join our team for the summer and into the fall 2017 semester to work on a History of the FOMA book project. The internship may be used for college course credit if desired. We are looking for someone to work 3 days a week for 4 hours each day. We are flexible on what days and when those hours are. We can work around fall class schedules.
The intern will work directly with the Communications Director on the project. Strong research and writing skills are a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in PR/Communications to learn about osteopathic medicine and association work.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should be good researchers, writers and communicators who have a positive, can-do attitude. The internship is suited for juniors, seniors, and/or graduate students.
