Radio Show Production Intern Job Description:
– Assist with production of all show broadcasts
– Responsible for guest booking and communications alongside on-air personalities and producer
– Ability to quickly learn studio technology and provide assistance with live and taped show productions including remote broadcast equipment
– Creativity with providing show content ideas and development
– Research of daily news and show topics
– Writing copy for news stories or radio commercials
Availability times:
6:30am-8:15am M-F as well as time needed for show development
Qualifications:
– Ability to work with others, exceptional communication skills
– Ability to effectively write and proofread communications
– Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
– Adherence to deadlines and budget
– Reliable and trustworthy
– Professional in both appearance and demeanor
