Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

Madeline Miller is a leadership and executive coach based in LA developing a coaching business that is tailored to the needs of Gen Z and Millennials as they navigate the workforce.

Looking for a part time social media manager who can assist with scheduling and posting, but also contribute to some strategy and basic copywriting/editing. Platforms include Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.

The right candidate is passionate about social media and communications, has a good eye for social media trends, is collaborative and responsive, with excellent organization and written communication skills as well as attention to detail.

If you are interested in entrepreneurism, career and professional development content and want to gain experience managing a brand from the ground up, this role could be for you! This is a paid position that could grow into the future as the strategy becomes more complex and the audience (ideally) grows, although there is no obligation to commit to a longer or more permanent role at this time. Looking for someone who can commit to at least three months in principle, although there will be no fixed contract and both parties can terminate the agreement at any time via email.

The salary is $22 an hour for around 5-6 hours a week. The right candidate must be organized, responsive, collaborative and have excellent written communication skills. Happy to offer some complimentary career coaching and professional skills training during the engagement.

This is a contractor role and no benefits are offered.
