Bluewater, a fully integrated advertising and production agency located in Clearwater, Florida, is currently offering credit-only, in-person internship opportunities for students interested in either television production or marketing and advertising.
These roles are ideal for students who want hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and the chance to work with a team that collaborates with national brands and networks on high-impact creative campaigns.
Internship Tracks Available:
TV Production / Entertainment Internship – Reality Competition Show
Students will join the production team for an original reality competition series, assisting with camera operation, set coordination, talent logistics, footage logging, and behind-the-scenes content. It’s a fast-paced, team-driven environment where students can learn the inner workings of unscripted television from pre-production through wrap.
Marketing & Advertising Internship – Agency Team
Interns on the marketing side will support our in-house creative and media teams with brand development, campaign planning, social and digital content, and client-facing creative projects. This is a strong fit for students pursuing careers in brand strategy, advertising, or digital marketing.
Crossover Opportunities:
Many interns may have the chance to contribute to both departments—especially on projects involving product placement, brand integration, and sponsorship strategy within our original television content.
