Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience or a combination of relevant post high school education and experience equal to five years.
- Experience should be relevant and related to the duties of the position.
- Qualified candidates will have experience training and supervising multiple employees, and will have experience using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook or comparable software.
- Experience gathering, interpreting, reporting, and/or editing information is required.
- Applicants must have a valid Florida or Georgia driver*s license or the ability to obtain.

Preferred
A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of experience related to the duties of the position is preferred. We seek energetic candidates who are detail-oriented, and who work well independently as well as in a team. Applicants should possess the ability to gather, interpret, report, and edit data and information. Preferred candidates will have a strong sense of initiative and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently, as well as the ability to prioritize and organize work assignments appropriately. Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of data collection and analysis is preferred. The ability to make sound judgments while working in a deadline-driven environment is essential.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the design and coordination of admission notifications (both electronic and paper) for all application types, including graduate, freshman, transfer, readmission, non-degree seeking and transient students. Troubleshoots and supervises the audits associated with this communication flow. Manages all incoming and outgoing mail for the Registrar and Admissions Offices, as well as Visitor’s Services. Oversees the inventory of recruitment materials (includes driving to off-site inventory housing facilities). Plans and coordinates the shipment of recruiting materials to various locations throughout the country. Manages the workflow for the coding and scanning of all documents received in the Office of Admission. Supervises and trains employees assisting in these areas. Reviews policies and procedures and makes suggestions and recommendations to senior leadership.
