Anticipated Salary Range
Anticipated salary of $55,0000 – $75,000 based on education and experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience related to the duties of this position; or a high school diploma or equivalency and six years of experience related to the duties of this position. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)

Experience in conveying information for both technical and non-technical users.

Experience in documenting existing and new processes, communicating effectively verbally and in writing and establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Ability to interface business applications with other systems and ability to utilize technical skills.

Knowledge of current media technology and trends, knowledge of data gathering, analysis, testing methodologies, practices and techniques and knowledge of standard programming languages, concepts, practices and procedures within the technology field.

Ability to demonstrate critical thinking based upon in-depth data, substantiating information, considering and respecting others’ input, personal values and ethics.

Experience working with C# and ASP.NET Framework 3.5 or newer.

Responsibilities
Review and analyze business applications for the department, maintain application systems and develop new and existing applications using original HTML, JavaScript, CSS and ASP.NET 4.0 coding, using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server Management Studio 2008, Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver CS4.
Test, debug and deploy applications using IE 7, 8, Firefox 3.6, Chrome 8 and Safari 5.
Research and identify new and existing technologies and apply them on application development.
Gather requirements from new users for new and existing applications.
Create specification documents to be used to validate client requests for programming tasks. Review and develop programming standards and guidelines to build consistency between all programmers in the department and to validate that things are being developed in a correct manner.
