Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of web applications for the College of Medicine.

Responsible for the design, development and daily maintenance of the dynamic web applications for the College of Medicine website. This position will also be responsible for creating and managing informational reports integrated with server based and standalone databases.

Identifies, plans and carries out projects and support services that enhance the productivity of the College of Medicine, increases the flexibility of the automated services and improves the quality of data to include formulating and recommending business and technical policies and procedures, identifying resources, initiating new automated solutions that apply effective use of progressive technology, creation, and direction of new

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other related field and two years’ experience related to the duties of this position.

Previous experience demonstrating effective customer service skills.

Experience documenting existing and new processes.

Experience utilizing problem solving skills.

Experience utilizing technical skills.

Experience with applicable computer software and operating systems to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.

Experience with Cold Fusion administration, web design and development.

Background Check Requirements

This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check to include fingerprinting.

Pay Plan

This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.
