This role requires delivering training courses, documenting consulting deliverables, mentoring a team on Agile practices that supports the Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Technology transformation to Agile. Candidates must be excellent listeners, possess outstanding facilitation and conflict-resolutions skills, and the ability to work in collaborative environments. The candidate will be selected based on their ability to function as a consultant, trainer, and coach.

Help with our agile transformation effort, working with other coaches and managers as we evolve and mature towards consistent, high-quality delivery of value

Be adept at decomposing scope into value-driven user Stories
Basic Qualifications
Extensive experience with Agile principles & practices
Experience as a Developer, Business Analyst, or UX designer, especially in an Agile environment
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a complex and challenging client environment
Proven ability to perform and thrive in a collaborative environment
Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
Demonstrated ability to compellingly articulate value propositions, credentials, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Project management
Experience on organization-wide Agile adoption
Experience in software development
Experience as an agile coach
Knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices (e.g., test driven development, continuous integration, etc.)
Experience with running and teaching agile in a workshop or classroom setting
Required Education
Bachelors Degree in technology field (Computer Science, Engineer, etc.)
