Job Description: Business Analyst

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
– Gather detailed business, functional and technical requirements through workshops and individual stakeholder interview sessions
– Complete jurisdictional scan of Canadian municipalities who have deployed free public WiFi (i.e. Calgary, Ottawa)
– Develop Request for Information (RFI) – Develop Benefits Framework for Municipal WiFi (both direct / indirect)
– Support marketing and communications as required
– Facilitate review of proposals received from RFI
– Documentation of recommended next steps relative to deployment
Required Level of Education: – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with equivalent IT experience Soft
