Job Description We are looking for Business/Systems Analysts for a system implementation project in Jefferson City, MO.
• Identify system behavior and develop system specifications
• Document and analyze system requirements
• Learn, implement, and test business rules
• Develop and execute system test conditions
• Analyze and report system issues
Requirements REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Bachelors Degree
• Immediate authorization to work in the US
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem solving skills
• Work well independently
• Working knowledge and experience with SQL
• Exposure to programming technologies/web development
• Experience in testing and/or experience with testing software
• Exposure to report development and reporting software
• Experience with a Business Rules Management System
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools
• Familiar with software development life cycle
• Accounting knowledge is a plus
