Developer

Description: National Health Service Management firm based in North Hills seeks motivated and team-oriented problem solvers, capable of quickly learning new technologies. These positions are open for varying skill sets and experience. Individuals will be involved in all aspects of software development projects, including direct interactions with users and other IT team members. The developer will design and implement business solutions using the latest Microsoft products and technologies. Latest software and hardware tools will be provided, including Visual Studio Developer, MSDN subscription, and high-powered workstation with dual widescreen monitors. The ideal candidate is a developer whose long- term goal is to become an integral part of the organization, and continue to learn and grow professionally in both technical and business capacities. Candidate must possess a strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with other developers in a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must possess high motivation and capacity to quickly learn and apply new technologies. This person should have solid knowledge of Microsoft .NET, C#, and SQL Server database. Experience with ASP.NET and Web application development technologies is a plus. Further, we are looking to develop mobile versions of our applications, so mobile platform development is a strong plus (e.g. iOS, Android, etc.). Responsibilities: • Design and develop technical solutions in a team environment. • Create test plans, test, debug, and document applications. • Write and prepare specifications, documentation, and system flow charts. • Limited travel may be required.

Requirements: • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with C#, SQL Server, and related Microsoft development platform. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Experience: • Experience with ASP.NET, Web application, and mobile development technologies is a strong plus. • Experience with Lotus Notes development is a plus to aid in maintenance and migration project.

Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
