NCAA Digital oversees the operations, day-to-day production, marketing and sales of NCAA.com, the official website of the NCAA. In addition to NCAA.com, the NCAA Digital team oversees products for the Division I Men’s Basketball Championship, including March Madness Live. NCAA Digital is part of TNT Sports, a division of Warner Bros. Discovery.

Role Accountabilities…
- Help manage and coordinate the product planning and execution of the entire product lifecycle for the NCAA.com digital products, focusing on March Madness Live and its suite of fantasy games — Bracket Challenge, Tournament Run, and Conference Tournament Pick ’Em.
- Collaborate across departments through all stages of product development, including strategy, concept ideation, requirement definition, development, QA testing, marketing, release, and post-release activities.
- Work hand-in-hand with development team to define and prioritize work, answer questions, test and record bugs, and more.
- Understand customer expectations, perform competitive analyses, and communicate consistently and clearly with internal stakeholders and executives about progress, roadblocks, and more.
Qualifications & Experiences…
- All candidates must be recent graduates of a four-year NCAA member institution. Former NCAA student-athletes are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Analytics and/or fantasy game experience preferred
- Passion for sports and digital/mobile media is highly encouraged
- Web and mobile-device savvy with technical aptitude
- Knowledge of simple, easy to use, and intuitive customer experiences
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to brainstorm, think outside the box, and turn to others for guidance and feedback
- Can work both independently and within a collaborative environment
- Available to work with flexible work schedule, including occasional nights and weekends
NCAA Digital Post-Grad Program
• This is an eleven-month, benefits-eligible paid program: August 5, 2024 to June 28, 2025
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) plus overtime eligibility
• This job will require regular weekend work and nights.
• All candidates must be recent graduates (within 2 years post-graduation) of a four-year NCAA member institution.
• Company-owned laptop provided for the duration of the program
• Former NCAA student-athletes are also strongly encouraged to apply.
