As part of Bondi Partners, the Executive Assistant will support the work of the Founding Partners.
The major responsibilities of a Bondi Partners Executive Assistant will include (but are not limited to):
- Performing critical day-to-day administrative operations
- Maintaining firm documentation
- Engaging with external clients, media POCs for interview requests and vendor points of contact
- Managing and coordinating the founding partners’ calendars of meetings, travel and accommodation and internal/external events
- Coordinating and executing logistics for office events and meetings
- Maintaining the firm’s subscription services
- Performing special projects and fielding ad hoc requests
- Collating materials for founding partners, including briefing books and resumes for applicants
Qualifications
- BA preferred
- Excellent communication, writing and editing skills
- Self-motivated, committed and reliable
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- The ability to complete projects independently or with limited supervision
- Positive outlook and a willingness to work outside of one’s comfort zone
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
