FAC IT Support Specialist @ FSU ITS


Supports, documents, tests, maintains and assists with modifications to AiM to meet user needs. Addresses AiM-related work orders. Responsible for setting up work desk templates, AiM IQ dashboards, and simple SQL queries to assist users in daily responsibilities.

Responsible for coordination of reporting needs with the Service Center and assigned personnel. Analyzes workflow processes in AIM and implements processes to increase the efficiency of the services provided by the Service Center. Manages audits and tests to determine data integrity. Manages application upgrades and ensures reliability of AIM.

Develops training strategies and designs user guides. Assists in implementing departmental policies related to AiM and recommends improvements to programs related to the work management system.

Prepares and verifies various files for mass uploading into different AiM modules.

Assists users in the utilization of AiM mobile applications installed on Facilities-owned mobile devices.
