Are you known for your creative thinking?
Can you develop novel technical solutions and make beautiful websites?
Are you able to lead a Web Team to help plan, design and develop web sites for delivery on LAMP servers using open source CMS solutions such as Drupal and WordPress?
Can you manage a server and provide maintenance to 20 plus additional websites, all the while continually developing new ones?
Are you able to slice and dice Photoshop files turning them into functioning websites?
Can you constantly push development boundaries by researching the latest web technologies and finding the right tools for the job?

Must possess the following skills:
– Ability to write clean, modular PHP code with no supervision
– Development in Drupal 6 & 7
– CSS including cross browser capabilities
– Javascript and jQuery
– Knowledge of basic Linux server administration
– Cross browser testing
– Ability to work independently and multi-task across teams when necessary
– Strong organizational skills to handle the development of several websites simultaneously
– Advanced Photoshop ability in editing website design files
– Leader who can troubleshoot, keep team motivated and meet daily pressures and deadlines
– Familiarity with web validation standards and tools

Bonus points will be given to for the following:
– Experience in E-commerce sites/frameworks (Magento, Ubercart)
– Mobile website development templating
– IT and/or network administration experience a plus
– Drupal plugin development experience
– GIT / Version control
– WordPress & WP
