The essential function of the position within the organization is to design, analyze, implement and maintain computer programs. The position is responsible for developing computer programs and performing related clerical tasks. The position works under general supervision independently developing work methods and sequences.
Education and Training Guidelines:
Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis and additional relevant education may substitute for the recommended experience on a year-for-year basis.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems or a closely related field and two years of related experience.

*This position requires development experience in the following: Microsoft .Net, IIS, Visual Studio, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, Data Modeling, HTML, Javascript, C#.Net, ASP.Net, XML, AD Authentication, SMTP and FTP.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of application design, development, testing, documentation and implementation; Knowledge of the concepts and theories of information systems;
Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of computer technology;
Knowledge of relational database design and database design tools; Knowledge of SQL Server, including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS.);
Knowledge of Microsoft .Net and IIS; Ability to use Microsoft Visual Studio and related development tools;
Ability to write HTML, Javascript, C#.Net, ASP.Net and XML;
Knowledge of Active Directory authentication, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) and File Transfer Protocol (FTP);
