You will help companies to identify and manage risks inherent in business processes and technology systems that support business objectives, and provide them with the information needed to help them meet their strategic and financial goals. Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Clarity Analyst to join us in our Miami, FL office.

Role: IT Clarity Analyst

Client: Apex Systems Inc.

Location: Miami, FL

Length: 6 month to hire

Interview Process: Phone and a Face to Face

Day to Day: Maintain and data quality of the systems used to track resource and project information for the IT Department.

Compensation: 25-45K Annually

The IT Clarity Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and data quality of the systems used to track resource and project information for the IT Department. Additional duties include providing customer service to the project and resource managers, monitoring financial controls, and assisting with planning. Job Duties Maintain IT resource profiles and IDs Manage user rights to project and resource information Monitor contract expirations Perform project plan maintenance Perform project audits Create ad hoc reports from Clarity Perform data analysis using Excel Assist with other process and production needs of IT Finance, the Project Management Office, or the IT management team as required

Required skills/competencies:

Strong math skills Well-honed analytical skills and ability to focus on details Proficiency in MS Excel Ability to learn new tools, skills and environments quickly Excellent oral and written English communications skills Ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels of the organization Experience in producing operational documentation Understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of CA Clarity and Open Workbench, or knowledge of Microsoft Project Enterprise Experience with Lotus Notes Experience with Hyperion reporting QA experience Exposure to project management and resource planning concepts Experience with financial planning processes
