The Florida Department of Revenue, Information Services Program, is seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Change Manager in IT Service Management. This individual manages IT changes through the Change Management lifecycle ensuring that procedures are followed and changes are correctly documented, scheduled, and controlled to reduce the disruption to the production environment.
