Recovery Systems Administrator @ Florida Division of Emergency Management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will serve as the Recovery Systems Administrator and is responsible for assisting Bureau Management with the administration, management, and oversight of the Bureau of Recovery’s systems to include:

Supervise and manage Recovery Systems staff – assign tasks/duties, mentor/develop staff, approve work schedules and timesheet approvals, etc.

Administer and maintain the Bureau of Recovery’s grants management system(s), including but not limited to: FloridaPA, FEMA Grants Portal/EMMIE, and FDEM Grants

evaluating system access requests.

Systems oversight/management.

First line of support for system issues.

Terminating unneeded access.

Ensure all access control records are complete and maintained.

Perform and respond to system and system access audits.

Assisting internal and external customers with system concerns.

Project manage system enhancement requests.

Assist with Requests for Public Assistance process.

Conduct State RFIs and field FEMA RFIs.

Perform scheduled and ad hoc reporting.

Perform assigned duties during Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activation in support of emergency response and recovery efforts.
