TEKsystems is looking to hire several entry-level IT Technicians (0-2 years of experience) for a 16-week engagement with a local hospital. The project focuses on a Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) to ensure all end-user devices are configured correctly for use with Epic. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable Healthcare IT experience with one of the largest employers in the Tallahassee area.

Our TDR team will:

Verify all end-user devices are deployed and configured correctly for use with Epic.

Utilize scripts to test equipment and ensure it is fully functioning before the Epic go-live across all sites.

Conduct testing in the production environment, physically testing devices and configurations that users will rely on post go-live, including:

Epic access

Printing configuration

All peripheral device integrations

Testing will cover:

Epic access and wireless connectivity

Workstation and login scenario setups

Printers

Peripherals (e.g., barcode scanners, document scanners, cameras, dictation devices)

Requirements:

Eligible to pass a background check and drug screen.

Complete a medical screening.
