Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree and two years relevant experience. Working knowledge of varsity sports programs. Experience editing sports video. Experience with coaches video editing software. Experience to include basic knowledge of video import, statistical import, video editing, filter creation, and exporting to analog video as well as exportation in digital formats. Computer skills to include experience with Windows 7 and Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel out of town. Ability to organize and share files for archival of video and sharing of information.
Background Check Requirements
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.

Experience with XO’s Thunder.
Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating scouting for football and other sports as requested. Maintains competency in technological advances in video/computer hardware and software. Assists in training new/current staff on video/computer hardware and software. Assists visiting team video staff. Travels with team as required. Attends staff meetings, instructional/educational conferences as required. Coordinates senior tapes to professional teams as needed. Assists with equipment maintenance. Director of GA/Student Video Program. Other duties as assigned. Communicates with the Director of Athletics on scouting and student program status. Assists with scouting software purchases. Maintains a working knowledge of all varsity sports programs.
Assists in supervising undergraduate and graduate assistants, volunteers, and OPS staff. Records all pertinent data needed to assist in budget process.
