Broward College (PT Librarian-N Campus)

Broward College — the largest institution of higher education in Broward County with a mission of providing high-quality educational programs and services that are affordable and accessible to a diverse population of learners — is seeking a Part-Time Librarian for the North Campus Library. The North Campus Library is a partnership between Broward College and the Broward County Public Library System.  The Part-Time Librarian must have experience in providing information literacy instruction in an academic setting. Experience with reference service in a public library or joint-use setting preferred.

The Part-Time Librarian will report to the Faculty Librarians on North Campus and will be available to work Monday-Friday (approximately 25 hours per week, with some evenings required).

An MLS from an ALA-accredited program is preferred; however, candidates enrolled in and working toward an MLS degree from an ALA-accredited program will be considered if they meet the other qualifications noted for this position.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $20.00
