The University of Florida’s George A. Smathers Libraries seek a candidate that will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of the Middle Grade and Young Adult Diverse BookFinder (DBF) project. This includes providing administrative support for the recruitment and work of 120 volunteers, and working closely with the grant project team, Advisory Council, Community of Practice, web consultants, users and multiple stakeholders at institutions and organizations throughout the country. The Project Manager will also provide administrative support for the Community of Practice volunteers who will read and code middle grade and young adult books featuring Black, Indigenous People, and People of Color (BIPOC) characters.
