This position is with the Office of Digital Research & Scholarship at Strozier Library. Come work with us on the implementation of new research impact measurement services that will enhance FSU’s reputation as a national leader in research!
Responsibilities
Collects current curriculum vitae (CV) documents from FSU faculty.
Review author profiles in the Scopus and Web of Science databases.
Requests corrections in Scopus and Web of Science based on discrepancies between CV documents and author profiles.
Contributes to the development of robust institutional name affiliation lists.
Develops workflow documentation.
Keeps an accurate record of work performed.
Communicates regularly with research impact coordinators.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to work in a detailed oriented environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
Experience searching for scholarly literature in library databases.
Willingness to work on repetitive tasks.
