Student Success Librarian  

This is a three-year limited-term position at the rank of Instructor with the possibility of permanent status dependent upon the successful implementation of student success initiatives.  

Description: Reporting to the Director of Reese Library, the Student Success Librarian is charged with enhancing the information literacy program for undergraduate core courses, and reporting student learning outcomes’ assessment information related to the program. A key aspect of this position is expanding the program and communicating its effectiveness to stakeholders. The Student Success Librarian works collaboratively with other library staff, liaison librarians, Directors, and the Dean to develop and implement the Augusta University Libraries’ outreach, marketing, and community engagement priorities. 

Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in library science from ALA accredited program OR receipt of degree by June 30, 2023 

Minimum salary: $61,000 annually
