Job Description:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Systems Analyst to join our team at Coaxis. In this role, you’ll support the administration and troubleshooting of hosted environments, using company standards and best practices to proactively minimize issues and keep our clients’ operations running smoothly. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Assist in managing virtual server environments, including RDP, Citrix, or Parallels access for clients.
- Support IaaS and colocation services by monitoring and basic configuration tasks.
- Help with Microsoft 365 management, including license reselling and user setup.
- Contribute to security services such as MDR and ITDR by assisting with monitoring and initial response efforts.
- Collaborate on MSP/MSSP tasks, like client onboarding and routine maintenance.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel while documenting learnings for team growth.
Qualifications:
- High level of customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
- Administering and troubleshooting of complex networks
- Knowledge of Microsoft domain management
- Knowledge of Office products (2010, 2016, Office 365)
- Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Server 2012 R2, Server 2016, Server 2019)

Preferred Experience:
- Basic familiarity with computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products
- Eagerness to diagnose and resolve simple technical issues

- Cool-tempered and team-oriented attitude
- Recent education in IT, computer science, or a related field (e.g., associate’s degree or certifications like CompTIA A+)
Schedule:
Hours will be 8:00-5:00 M-F
Compensation:
Salary is negotiable based on the acumen and experience of the candidate
