Undergraduate student intern

The Florida State University College of Medicine is seeking an undergraduate student intern for the fall, spring and part of the summer semester. The position will be 15 hours per week at $10 per hour. See qualifications and responsibilities below:

Qualifications:
Must be a Communication major
Must be able to work some hours on Wednesdays and Fridays during the fall semester
Must be able to make a commitment of 15 hours per week through June 2010
Courses completed in desktop multimedia and new communication technology are preferred

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include assisting the Alumni Relations and Special Projects Coordinator with directing special events and projects such as, faculty receptions, alumni reunions, alumni research, development mailings, social networking, Dance Marathon activities, etc. The position will require extensive research and data entry, but will include many opportunities for creativity and program development.
