UX/UI Analyst/Designer

  • Collaborate on optimal user experience and user interface choices based on business requirements, data, market intelligence, and consumer centered design.
  • Design the interactive behavior, usability capabilities and professional appearance of the client system.
  • Research new User Interface concepts to incorporate into new prototypes that match customer thought processes.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and developers to establish requirements and integrate the resulting efforts into the user interface.
  • Turn external influences like branding or business goals into relevant Design/UX initiatives that drive our partner’s success.
  • Assisting in usability test design and execution.
  • Help to determine information architecture, user flows, and interaction designs, and document outcomes in typical UX artifacts such as site maps, concept sketches, user flow diagrams, and wireframes/prototypes.



  • Bachelor’s Degree, UX, Design or Human Computer Interaction or related field
  • Entry level or 1-2 years UX experience
  • Portfolio/Samples of work preferred but not required



  • Wireframing and prototyping program experience, Axure or Adobe Photoshop experience a plus
  • Base knowledge of the UX discipline and concepts.
  • Sophisticated communication skills required to inform and influence, both internally and externally to partners
  • Expert problem solver, able to communicate effectively to resolve challenges
  • Strategic creative thinker, able to utilize science and research to power visual designs
  • Base knowledge of HTML a plus but not required
