Full-Time, Entry Level (includes benefits)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, position to be filled immediately
Responsibilities
As Website/Social Media Administrator
- Maintain daily updates on activities and athletics on website
- Connect with NJCAA, colleges, coaches, members, and students via social media
- Update Facebook and Twitter with FCSAA news and events
As IT Coordinator
- Assist Executive Director with hardware and software purchases
- Coordinate cloud storage system via Google Drive and Google Business Apps
- Troubleshoot various hardware and software issues
As Administrative Assistant
- Maintain professional email correspondence
- Deposit checks and make electronic records for bookkeeping and tax records
- Organize records from pre-2000 to present
- Transfer paper files to electronic on server
- Maintain professional phone communication
Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Information Technology or a related field
Preferred Skills
- Joomla Content Management System
- Basic knowledge of Google Drive and Google Business Apps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
- Basic PC & Windows 7 troubleshooting
- Experience prioritizing, organizing and performing multiple work assignments simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of XHTML and CSS
