Job Summary:  Maintain, analyze, install and resolve first level desktop computer and computing appliance issues for organization’s end-users, including (but not limited to) answering questions, providing advice, troubleshooting hardware and software problems using diagnostic tools and/or troubleshooting procedures.

Education: HS Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree in related field preferred.

Experience:  One (1) year experience required.

License: Qualified candidates must provide a 7 year driving record from the FL Division of Motor Vehicles showing no more than 6 points on the driving record.

Hiring Range: $14.87 – $18.58/hr

NOTE: Use of personal vehicles is required to serve in the capacity of a support technician in the Information Technology department of TMH.  It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to maintain adequate insurance coverage for their personal vehicle used in conjunction with their duties as an employee. TMH will reimburse the business use of a personal vehicle.

Comments: 24/7 On-call rotation
