Responsibilities
Coordinates with data specialist for data requests related to membership fulfillments, renewals, and life pledge communications. Represents and strengthens membership efforts at event programming and tabling; including but not limited to: tailgates, reunions, kickoff events, and networking events, as assigned (valid driver’s license required). Attends meetings for/with director, as needed. Keeps abreast of membership program best practices. Contributes to the preparation of reports for national board or senior staffers as needed.
Management of Westcott Brick program includes oversight of budget, sales, campaign development and execution, general communications/requests, and any other related issues. Management of the Alumni Travel program includes oversight of budget, travel calendar, sales, campaign development and execution, general communications/requests, and any other related issues. Serves as a liaison for all travel companies.
Qualifications
(Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years)
Experience with membership acquisition and retention campaigns
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
Knowledge of membership trends and engagement strategies?
Skilled at analyzing data to inform decisions
A Florida or Georgia driver’s license or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to work with stakeholders and manage complex administrative challenges
Ability to build timelines, calendars, and content
