Department National High Magnetic Field Laboratory (NHMFL)
Salary Range Salary range for position is from $45,000  to $55,000.
Qualifications/Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and at least six years appropriate experience; or a high school diploma and appropriate experience equal to 10 years. Knowledge of acceptable journalism principles (writing, editing, style, audience etc.).  Ability to interact with numerous publics.  Knowledge of current media and technology trends.  Knowledge of Web design and development.  Knowledge of computer applications and basic computer function.  Ability to plan, implement, and direct photography, graphics, video and associated operations.  Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. This position is responsible for the development of content for the Magnet Lab Web site, writing articles and scripts and coordinating audio, video and graphics. The position manages the Web site, working independently and with others to plan and develop content and to track progress.
