Amy Chapman, Director of Product Marketing and Design for Caselite Software, Inc, will be presenting about “Caselite Software, Development and Delivery of Web-Based Scheduling Software for Special Educators” on Friday, April 12 from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. at the stadium in University Center B, Room 2104.
Chapman holds a BSBA in Computer Information Systems, from Appalachian State University in North Carolina. She has 15 years of IT experience, including at two Fortune 500 companies: Bank of America and IBM.
Chapman has been involved in the Caselite story since it began in 2003. Caselite Software was started as a web-based scheduling solution for Speech-Language Pathologists working in schools, and has grown to serve all providers and leaders of Special Education, with additional capabilities of therapy documentation and workload analysis.
Officially in 2008, Chapman assumed a full-time role in the company, and instituted software adoption methodologies that helped the product grow in over 30 U.S. school districts, including Florida’s Broward, Orange, and Osceola counties. Her daily functions at Caselite vary from the technical side (software design and quality assurance), to marketing (email communication, social media, video creation, and convention exhibiting), to customer service (user training, help desk administration, and end-user/district adoption).
