Department
WFSU is the public broadcasting organization serving Tallahassee, Panama City, and Thomasville. A division of Florida State University, WFSU operates television, FM radio, and webcasting services from facilities in southwest Tallahassee. Additionally, WFSU produces The Florida Channel, a statewide program service covering Florida*s government in action.

Responsibilities
WFSU is seeking candidates with a broad range of knowledge of the Internet and a keen interest in multimedia. This is temporary employment (part-time, 12 – 20 hours/week) to meet the online needs of departments across the organization. A successful candidate will be expected to work with the Director of Internet Services to create dynamic web pages using PHP and MYSQL databases; produce measurable results from assigned tasks; troubleshoot/research when necessary; and complete projects within assigned deadlines. It is preferred that a successful candidate has a familiarity with HTML and UNIX-based servers.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge in PHP/MYSQL, (Non-Complex) Database Design

Preferred
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, UNIX
Anticipated Salary Range
This a part time OPS position at $15.00 per hour (12-20 hours per week).
Background Check Requirements
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check to include fingerprinting.
